    1. Introduction

    The data controller is MADES EOOD (MADES PLTD), UIC 101679644, registered office: 14 Seres St., floor 1, apt. 1, 2800 Sandanski, Bulgaria, email: info@mades.bg — the company that owns the mades.bg website. The Sofia office is run by the related company FINATEC EOOD ("Finatec" PLLC), UIC 203750685, 7 Tsaribrodska St., floor 2, apt. 7, Sveta Troitsa, 1309 Sofia. Both companies provide services under the brand "MVM Accounting" ("we") and process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we use it and what your rights are.

    2. What data we collect

    Data you provide: name, email, phone, company name and city and your business parameters — through the quote calculator and the contact form; VAT number — when you run a VIES check; the questions you ask the chat assistant; test data — when you apply for a job. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit.

    3. Purposes and legal bases

    We use the data to prepare the quote you request and answer your inquiry (steps prior to entering into a contract), to assess your job application, to protect the site from abuse (legitimate interest) and — only with your consent — to measure the results of our Google ads. We do not sell personal data.

    4. Cookies and Google ads

    We use necessary cookies and local browser storage to run the site (language, theme, your cookie choice). Only if you click "Accept" do we load Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.), which uses cookies to record whether your visit came from one of our ads and whether you sent an inquiry or called us. If you decline, nothing is sent to Google. The maps in the Contact section are loaded from Google Maps only after "Accept" or when you click "Show map". You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.

    5. Third-party services

    To run the site we use providers who process data on our behalf: hosting and email (SuperHosting.bg), cloud infrastructure for the chat assistant and the test module (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), an AI model for the chat assistant's answers, the European Commission's VIES system for VAT checks and Google Maps (maps in the Contact section). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

    6. Data retention

    We keep inquiries and quotes for 30 days — the validity period of the quote. If we enter into a contract, the data is kept in accordance with the contract and legal requirements. Job test data is kept until the selection for the position ends, but no longer than 1 month. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you delete it.

    7. Your rights

    You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

    Terms of Service

    1. General provisions

    These Terms of Service govern the relationship between MVM Accounting and users of the website www.mades.bg. By accessing the site, you accept these terms.

    2. Services

    The site provides information about MVM's accounting services, a pricing calculator tool, VIES VAT number validation, and a contact form. The calculator provides approximate prices and does not constitute a binding offer.

    3. Intellectual property

    All site content — texts, images, logo, design — is the property of MVM and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited.

    4. Limitation of liability

    MVM is not liable for: technical malfunctions of the site, inaccuracies in calculator estimates, actions of third parties. The information on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal or tax advice.

    5. Changes

    MVM reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the site.

    6. Applicable law

    For all matters not covered, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
